Payment: We accept most forms of payment, please let us know if you don't see your preferred payment method.

Shipping: Let us know if your shipping quote seems too high, it's often just a case of tweaking the calculator. We pack every item with utmost care. All packages are fully insured, and you will receive tracking information promptly after shipment.

International customers: please let us know if you have special customs form requirements.

Returns: though we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, we do accept returns and will issue a full refund if you find our description was inaccurate, or if damage has occurred in shipment.
